I have always been a big dreamer!  How about you? Do you ever daydream or do you ever think about your dreams and aspirations?

Dreaming big is really where it all starts!  When you listen to your dreams, really listen to them, you become better connected to who you are and what you want.  You find what makes you happy! Connecting with that inner part of you, that very special place in your heart that knows you best, and listening to your dreams helps you discover who you are.

Listening to your dreams gives you the freedom to know and become who you are meant to be!

Having a sense of who you TRULY are and expressing the real you helps you gain confidence and that leads to great things!  Leaders are confident. Change makers are confident. People who step out of the box and create good are confident.

All of this leads me to this…

Always believe in yourself and in your dreams; in being true to yourself and expressing who you truly are, you gain confidence… and confident girls create positive change in the world!

So, go ahead and DREAM BIG!  The sky is not the limit for you, beautiful girl!  Believe in YOUR dreams because they will never steer you wrong.

Let’s face it, mental blocks are very real and something you may have to deal with at some point in your cheering career. Personally, I hope you never get them and tumble fearlessly forever : )  But if you are like most of us and have had that dreaded mental block – this #workoutwednesday is for you!

Mental blocks are known as that big unknown in cheerleading (and life)! There is no other thing that drains a cheerleader’s motivation faster, drives a coach to insanity, or confuses a parent more, than experiencing a mental block.
