CHEERFIT Bootcamp is a high energy workout that incorporates the many movements and exercises cheerleaders do to stay in cheer shape all year ’round. A series of body weight circuits, cardio intervals, and cheer inspired exercises are designed to sculpt, tone and strengthen.
