The CHEERFIT Studio is an online workout studio featuring live and on-demand cheer workouts that you can do anytime, anywhere! After confirming your monthly or annual membership, you will receive 24/7 access to an exclusive, members-only online workout studio – choose from a variety of workouts that focus on stability, cardio, sculpting, abs, and flexibility.
The CHEERFIT Studio is an online boutique fitness experience that will give you the benefits of an amazing workout with the convenience of doing it at home. The workouts are fun, high energy, fierce, and yes – cheer inspired! The CHEERFIT workouts have been featured in Self Magazine and voted “hottest new workout trend” on NBC.

I’m not a cheerleader - can I still join the CHEERFIT Studio?
YES! These classes offered in the studio are cheer inspired, which means you don’t have to be a cheerleader to work out like one! Each class offers a fun, high energy workout focusing on stability, cardio, sculpting, abs, and flexibility . . . and for extra fun, we recommend working out with pom poms!
Is the CHEERFIT Studio for kids or adults?
Most of our members are 18+ who enjoy group fitness classes, but we also love seeing our parents and kids working out together and we highly encourage it! 🙂
Why cheer fitness?
Cheerleaders are fierce, intense athletes! The sport of cheerleading requires a great deal of dedication and stamina, not to mention a rock hard body to go with it! Wanna rock the body and confidence of a cheerleader? Now you can! Have fun while working out – don’t forget to SWEAT, SMILE & REPEAT!
What are the personal check-ins?
- Once a MONTH you can schedule a one-on-one call with our trainers to review your goals and set you up with a plan to help stay on track
- Once a WEEK you can jump on our weekly group check-in calls to ask CHEERFIT founer and fitness expert, Danielle, any questions, get tips and advice. Get answers to questions like “what are the best workouts to sculpt my abs” or “how many days a week should I be working out?”
What if I can’t catch the live workout classes?
We will have multiple live classes scheduled throughout the week (morning, afternoon, and evening), so hopefully one of these times will work for your schedule! If you’re not able to do the live workout – not to worry! You’ll have 24/7 access to the replays, in addition to other on-demand workout videos in the online CHEERFIT Studio.
What if I want to cancel my membership?
If you decide the Studio isn’t for you, you can cancel your subscription renewal by emailing us at [email protected] before your next renewal date. Upon cancelling the membership, you will no longer have access to the workouts, community, digital events, or membership portal
