Taylor started dancing at the age of 3 at Extravadance & Tumble. In addition to competing, she also danced for 4 years on the dance team at East Forsyth High School. She was chosen as Captain her senior year and led her team to win first place at Nationals. While at UNC Charlotte, Taylor had the privilege of dancing on the elite dance team, the Golddusters. She has won various awards during her years of dance. After college, Taylor found a passion in the understanding of fueling your body properly and working out. She was a professional cheerleader for the Carolina Cobras for the last 3 years. Taylor is so excited to share her love and knowledge of dance and fitness with you all!
