Here at cheerFIT, Thanksgiving truly is one of our favorite holidays. Between hanging with the fam’, getting into that holiday spirit and eating great food, it’s pretty darn awesome!
Ah but yes, I know Thanksgiving is also a notorious time for the famous ‘food coma’ and turkey overload, which is exactly why this week’s #WORKOUTWEDNESDAY is focused on getting in that pre-turkey burn and tips for giving thanks by saying NO thanks to that second helping!

If you didn’t realize it before – it is time for a little confidence boost because back spots, you have an essential role in stunting. Yes, back spots I am talking to you. (but remember, back spot or not – whatever your position on the team, YOU have an integral role and should proud of what you bring to your team!)
