In today’s episode, I talk to Claudia Ralph, a fellow CHEERFIT coach (whose been with us since her High School days!!) and, of course, a former D1 cheerleader at Seton Hall! Currently, She is a cheerleading coach at Princeton University and has her MBA in Marketing. CHEERFIT has been one of her favorite workouts since she met Danielle during her sophomore year of high school.

I am so excited to share this conversation as we get to know each other a little better. Listen in to hear more about our discussion on :

  • Surrounding yourself with positive people who are going to help you succeed.
  • Claudia shares the biggest lesson she learned from cheerleading and ignoring those that try to stop you from accomplishing your goals.
