DO YOU WANT TO FINISH STRONG?

This is it, week 4 of your SWEATheart Challenge is here! You’ve made it through the entire month of February – challenging yourself each and every day.

Remember, it’s not how you began this journey, it’s how you finish!! I want you to finish strong, determined and ready for MORE!!

In this week’s bonus workout challenge, I want you to really think about finishing strong. That means, I want you to finish out this workout challenge even stronger than you started.

More importantly, I want you to apply this to your everyday schedules. Think about it, if you go into practice, competition, school, work (you name it) with a strong mindset and drive for success – can you imagine all the things you will accomplish??

So let’s get strong! Grab your workout pal and let’s jump to new heights!

Each week we will be featuring a new partner workout challenge! This week, I want you to take that leap (hello leap year) and jump to new heights!

Our LAST challenge of the month is how many PARTNER JUMP SQUATS can you do in 60 seconds? Tag your SWEATheart and post your results using the hashtag #cheerfittraining. Don’t forget to tag us @cheerfittraining

And now for the educational stuff.

When we are focusing on getting our mind’s strong, we are getting physically stronger too. And because it is leap year, we are all about taking that extra leap, that jump, and making it happen! So I want YOU to take that leap and go for your goals.

Some ideas include:

  • Speak Your Mind: If you want something you’ve never had – you’ve got to do something you’ve never done! Take that leap and go out of your comfort zone to reach your goal.
  • Make a Friend: Introduce yourself to 1 new person today. Even a simple smile goes a long way!
  • Give it a Go: Stop doubting yourself! If you want that spot on the team (but fear you are not good enough) or you are stuck in a mental block (and just can’t seam to shake it) I want you to take that leap of faith and go for it!

And if you need a boost – remember you’ve got 24/7 access to a personal cheer fitness trainer who can motivate you ever step of the way!

So are you ready to take that leap? Are you ready to make that team? Are you ready to finish out this challenge even stronger than you started??

Now go get your cheerFIT Challenge on! How many PARTNER JUMP SQUATS can you do in 60 seconds?

Enjoy the workout challenge!

PS: and now that we are thinking about finishing strong, it is also a perfect time to carry that same mentality into the new season ahead. Believe it or not, tryouts are right around the corner and I want to help you start next season off just as strong! I’ve created the tryout prep program to give you everything you need to walk into tryouts with confidence and walk out with a spot on the team.

Good luck with the challenge! I can’t wait to see how it goes!
